Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Proven track record shaping organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy in tech/semiconductor environments.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to coach and influence senior leaders and manage high-stakes conversations.
• Experience balancing enterprise-wide priorities with business unit needs and leadership change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core trusted member of the SPG leadership team's talent agenda and shape people strategy.
• Leverage workforce data to identify risks and inform executive decisions on workforce planning and organizational health.
• Lead organization design, global workforce planning, and succession strategy with cross-functional COEs.
• Provide candid coaching to senior leaders and influence decision-making without formal authority.
• Translate business priorities into disciplined execution plans and ensure timely delivery across a distributed organization.
