• Serve as a core trusted member of Central Functions leadership on talent strategy.
• Lead a global team of HR professionals including Director-level HRBPs.
• Shape organization design, workforce planning and succession strategies across multiple functions.
• Coach senior leaders and influence decisions without formal authority.
• Translate HR and business strategy into disciplined execution plans.
