Complete Care is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee daily HR operations within a skilled nursing facility. This hands-on leader will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance while partnering with facility leadership to support staffing, retention, and engagement.

The ideal candidate has prior HR leadership experience in SNF/LTC, strong knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.

Qualificações

• HR experience in a SNF or LTC setting is required.
• Prior HR leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Partner with facility leadership to support staffing, retention, and employee engagement.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and oversee HR audits.
• Coordinate employee benefits, leave administration, and HR-related processes.
• Support payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and strong employee communication.
