Job summary

DP World is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources to lead HR delivery for a vast frontline workforce across warehouse, transportation, and data center environments. You will manage a team of HR Directors, translate business goals into proactive HR initiatives, and partner with Operations leadership to drive productivity, safety and engagement.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic HR partnership, and the ability to scale HR programs across multiple sites while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR Directors across multiple regions or business units.
• Ability to translate business strategy into proactive HR plans.
• Strong partnership with Operations leadership and centralized Employee Relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Directors across regions or units.
• Set priorities, performance expectations, and accountability standards for the HR Director team.
• Partner with VP, HR on talent reviews and succession planning for key roles.
• Drive employee experience and ER policy consistency across sites.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and safety regulations across operations.
