Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Supervisor to support environmental, health, and safety initiatives within our operation. This role coordinates safety programs, conducts training, supports incident investigations, and ensures compliance with regulatory and company safety standards.

You will work with employees and leadership to identify hazards, strengthen safety practices, and maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting health and safety programs in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or distribution.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience conducting safety training, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Ability to identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with employees, operations leadership, vendors, and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer company safety programs.
• Coordinate and conduct safety training for new hires, contractors, visitors, and transferred employees.
• Monitor changes to safety regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
• Help ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.
• Inspect facilities, machinery, and equipment to identify and correct potential hazards.
• Review injury and incident reports, support investigations, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Recommend process and equipment improvements to reduce exposure to hazards.
• Support safety audits and work with auditors and vendors to resolve findings.
• Assist with development of safe work procedures and ongoing safety recommendations.
• Support EHS activities during new facility launches.
