Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Senior Human Resources Director, Integrity & Compliance, to lead the integrity and compliance agenda within HR, ensuring policies align with laws and ethical standards. You will report to the Global VP for Labor & Employee Relations and work from Phoenix on a hybrid schedule.

In this role, you will drive investigations, risk controls, and training programs, collaborating with senior leadership to embed a culture of ethics across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compliance within HR or related fields.
• Expert knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to integrity and compliance.
• Proven experience developing and implementing integrity and compliance programs, including presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong skills in conducting risk assessments and managing compliance investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee integrity and compliance team within HR to ensure legal and ethical standards.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote compliance and ethical conduct.
• Develop and deliver training programs on integrity and compliance matters.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
• Lead investigations into potential compliance violations and ethical misconduct within HR operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrity and compliance in HR operations.
• Participate in and lead special projects as needed.
