Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix seeks a Senior Manager, Equity Administration to lead global equity lifecycle operations, drive process improvements, and partner with Legal, Finance, HR, and Payroll to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

You will own deferred compensation programs for executives, implement automated workflows across HRIS and external plan administrators, and provide expert support to employees and executives on equity matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing equity administration and stock-based awards.
• Experience administering Deferred Compensation plans.
• Experience using equity administration platforms.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and internal governance.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with data calculations and audits.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end equity lifecycle operations globally (grants, vesting, settlements).
• Design, implement, and automate stock plan workflows across HRIS/ADP and vendors.
• Maintain internal controls and equity reconciliations for compliance.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Tax, and auditors on filings and reporting.
• Provide expert support to employees and executives on equity inquiries.
• Administer Director/Executive Deferred Compensation plans.
