Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM security configuration and administration.
• Workday Security Administration certification or equivalent.
• Experience with HR data access governance and data governance principles.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau and Power BI for governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Workday security; manage domain/role-based access.
• Conduct bi-annual User Access Reviews and governance hygiene.
• Coordinate with HR/IT for governance improvements and audits.
• Analyze governance trends and recommend policy improvements.
• Support audit readiness and remediation of security findings.
