Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and CCP certification are required.

Responsibilities

Leads development and maintenance of compensation policy, governance standards, and salary administration.
Directs complex data extraction, validation, and analysis for pay equity, market alignment, and classification accuracy.
Oversees market benchmarking, salary surveys, and competitive salary range recommendations.
Manages enterprise compensation initiatives like job architecture and pay equity projects.
Serves as senior advisor to business units on compensation strategy, evaluations, and position control.
Audits compensation data to ensure budget alignment and regulatory compliance.
Leads cross-functional projects and biweekly position management uploads.
