Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline as listed.
• At least 8 years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and leadership to define analyses across compensation, hiring, attrition, internal movement, and costs.
• Create scenario models, forecasts, and advanced analytics to evaluate talent decisions.
• Ingest and synthesize data from multiple sources into scalable models and visualizations.
• Act as SME on people data, methodologies, and tools for stakeholders.
• Apply SQL, Python, R, and Oracle analytics tools to identify trends and automate analyses.
• Explore AI/ML techniques for workforce insights with governance and ethics.
• Handle sensitive data with privacy and security considerations.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with ownership and rigor.
• Identify workforce trends and risks and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Present complex analyses clearly to executives.
