The role is integral to both ongoing and emerging analytical priorities, including workforce growth, cost management, attrition reduction, and high-impact talent initiatives. Success in this role demands a proactive mindset, analytical rigor, and the ability to independently translate ambiguous business questions into scalable, data-driven solutions.
Candidates should possess an advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Data Management, Economics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related quantitative discipline. A minimum of 8 years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or related analytical fields is required. Proven expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting, predictive analytics, and scenario analysis is essential. Experience applying AI, machine learning, or generative AI techniques to business workflows is highly desirable.
Candidates must have experience analyzing workforce financial metrics such as compensation, hiring, attrition, and workforce costs. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud is preferred. Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, R, advanced Excel, and statistical tools are necessary to identify trends, automate analyses, and develop forward-looking insights. Effective communication skills are vital for synthesizing complex data into clear narratives and visualizations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
