Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, MIS, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in data analytics, reporting automation, and process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data manipulation.
• Experience creating dashboards/visualizations with Power BI or Excel.
• Experience using AI or automation to improve data analysis or processes.
• Ability to identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual reporting processes.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing HR reporting and analyze complex datasets with Excel.
• Transform and automate complex Excel-based reporting processes.
• Leverage AI, automation tools, and emerging tech to reduce manual reporting effort.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations for leadership insights.
