Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and interview scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling for onsite and virtual formats.
• Communicate interview updates promptly to candidates and teams.
• Administer onboarding tasks and prepare offer documentation.
• Enter new hire data into HRIS and coordinate with payroll.
• Ensure I-9 and E-Verify compliance for new hires.
