This role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in medical devices, strong ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter skills, and solid knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years in the medical device industry.
• Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to plan workforce needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Ensure compliant, efficient hiring in a regulated environment.
• Maintain ATS data and report key metrics.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Support employer branding efforts with Marketing.
• Coach managers to make data-driven hiring decisions.
