HistoSonics, Inc. is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter to own full life cycle recruiting across multiple functions in a high-growth medical device company. The role partners with hiring managers and HR to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of medical device industry experience.
• Proven success managing multiple requisitions across functions and levels in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand workforce plans and build recruiting strategies that support growth.
• Manage full life cycle recruiting across a variety functions, from intake and sourcing through offer and close.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Ensure efficient, compliant hiring in a regulated medical device environment by applying consistent interview and assessment practices.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely, transparent communication.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital channels for job postings and outreach, and contribute to employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing.
• Coach hiring managers to make informed, equitable, and timely hiring decisions, supported by data-driven insights on hiring trends and market competitiveness.

HistoSonics is a commercial-stage medtech company advancing the Edison® System, a novel non-invasive sonic beam therapy based on histotripsy. Since receiving FDA De Novo grant for the non-invasive destruction of liver tumors in 2023, the company has progressed beyond initial market entry into commercial expansion, reimbursement momentum, and ongoing clinical and pipeline development.
