Job summary

Baker Tilly's Managed Services team is seeking a Sr HR Consultant to join our Human Resource Services group, delivering outsourced HR and payroll services to multiple clients.

You will manage daily HR tasks, payroll processing, recruitment support, and client inquiries while building trusted relationships across client organizations. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years HR experience, ADP and MS Office proficiency, and strong communication skills are required. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience across compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compensation.
• Proficiency using ADP Workforce Now / ADP Run.
• Experience preparing and processing payroll.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients.
• Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients.
• Prepare, process, and run payroll for clients according to schedules.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including applicant tracking, interviews, and background checks.
• Respond to HR inquiries from clients via the Advantage HR mailbox.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and employees through clear communication.
