Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Senior HR Consultant to join its Managed Services team and serve as a trusted advisor to clients across the full spectrum of human resources.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring broad HR expertise, strong business acumen, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate HR challenges into practical, effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience advising leaders and navigating complex HR situations.
• Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple client relationships and consulting engagements.
• Lead projects involving compensation, compliance, succession planning, talent management, performance management, HR operations, and policy development.
• Advise clients on sensitive employee relations and workplace matters.
• Develop and present recommendations to executive and leadership teams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, training, and other client sessions.
• Develop HR policies, programs, processes, tools, and resources.
• Manage projects, deadlines, deliverables, and changing client priorities.
