Job summary

Coke Florida is seeking a Human Resource Compliance and Operations Senior Manager to lead compliance, governance, and HR operations from our Tampa headquarters.

Responsibilities include managing HR systems, data integrity, audits, payroll-related reviews, and governance. You will partner with Legal, Risk, Finance, and HR leadership to deliver scalable HR processes and an exceptional associate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational leadership, or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on HR operations, compliance, HRIS administration, workforce administration, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience administering and optimizing Dayforce HRIS.
• Experience managing HR audits, employment compliance programs, regulatory reporting, and governance initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Experience developing HR dashboards, analytics, and workforce reporting solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR compliance programs, including audits, policy governance, and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee HR operations across onboarding, promotions, transfers, leaves, changes, and offboarding.
• Manage HR data governance, data accuracy, security, and reporting across systems.
• Develop HR dashboards, metrics, and workforce insights for leadership.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, IT, and HR teams on audits, investigations, and records requests.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and process redesign.
