• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Certified Payroll Professional certification is strongly preferred.

• Lead payroll governance and operational readiness across high‑complexity workstreams.
• Manage Sr. Payroll Analyst resources and Payroll Tax Compliance Manager.
• Own payroll testing strategy, production readiness and implementation governance.
• Oversee payroll escalations, risk patterns, cross‑functional issue resolution.
• Drive process improvement, documentation, and control enhancements.
