Job summary

isolved HCM is seeking an HR Consultant to identify, evaluate, and resolve HR issues for customers. You will support client projects, deliverables, and HR compliance tasks with strong knowledge of isolved functionality.

The role requires effective communication, time management, and the ability to elevate complex matters to senior consultants when needed. You will work across various HR topics and maintain confidentiality daily.

Qualifications

• Proficient in multi-jurisdictional HR compliance.
• Proven effective oral and written communications skills.
• Strong skills in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) and Adobe Flyer.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of inquiries/requests/projects for the Defined HR team/clients.
• Provide client support advising on HR topics via on-demand phone and email support.
• Know when to elevate complex situations to HR Business Partners or Senior HR Consultants.
• Identify legal and governmental reporting regulations affecting HR practices and ensure compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of multi-state employment law compliance for isolved clients.
• Draft customer position descriptions and employee handbooks; participate in client meetings.
• Support clients on projects such as HR compliance audits, FLSA and Independent Contractor analyses.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders by phone, email, Teams, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and stay updated with technology.
