Job summary

isolved is seeking an HR Consultant to identify, evaluate, and resolve HR issues for customers and support client projects. The role requires expertise in isolved functionality and escalating complex matters to higher-level HR partners as needed.

The position involves handling inquiries, advising on HR topics, and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions, with a focus on confidentiality and quality improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years HR Generalist experience or 3–5 years HR Generalist/HR Consultant experience
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP strongly desired
• Proficient in multi-jurisdictional HR compliance

Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of inquiries, requests, and projects for Defined HR team/clients.
• Provide client support advising on HR topics via on-demand phone and email support.
• Elevate complex situations to HR Business Partners or Senior HR Consultants as needed.
• Identify legal and governmental reporting regulations affecting HR practices.
• Maintain knowledge of multi-state employment law compliance for isolved clients.
• Draft customer position descriptions and employee handbooks; participate in client meetings.
• Support clients on HR compliance audits and analyses.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders by phone, email, or Teams.
• Maintain total confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Pursue continuous quality improvement and stay current with technology.
