Responsibilities

• Acquire input from managers to understand position requirements and draft PDs.
• Document appropriate classification for position and prepare options papers.
• Research, respond to questions, and advise on organization and position structuring.
• Create revised mission statements and meaningful grade structures during reorganizations.
