Job summary

Qualifications

• Coordinates and communicates the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values within the team.
• Coaches the team in problem-solving methods and provides guidance on work methods and procedures.
• Leads workload distribution to optimize productivity and timely completion of tasks.
• Trains team members in methods of teamwork and necessary administrative or technical training.
• Monitors progress and ensures work priorities and quality meet supervisor directives.
• Manages Classification actions, consultations, desk audits, and related HR processes to meet deadlines.
