Job summary

Space Force Service Wide Support Activities seeks a seasoned Human Resources Specialist (Classification) to advise senior leaders on federal position classification and manage complex pay systems (GS, FWS, DCIPS, Lab Demo, AcqDemo).

You will audit positions, interpret OPM standards, and collaborate with senior leadership to optimize organizational design and career ladder development, using automated HR systems to retrieve data and generate reports.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the full range of federal HR personnel programs, position classification and position management.
• Experience navigating GS, FWS, DCIPS, Lab Demo, and AcqDemo pay systems to resolve complex issues.
• Strong written and oral communication to develop briefings and recommendations.
