Job summary

Nubank in Miami, United States, is seeking a senior People & Culture leader to build and lead the US P&C foundation. You will partner with US leadership, design compliant practices, and shape the culture while aligning with global programs.

In this high-ownership role, you will drive talent strategy, hiring, and workforce planning for a new market, coordinating with Legal, Risk, and global HR teams to ensure compliant and scalable operations.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering or P&C leadership.
Deep knowledge of US employment law and multi-state considerations.
Strong understanding of US labor market and compensation practices.
Experience in tech or high-growth firms, supporting market entry or expansion.
Executive presence and credibility with C-level leaders.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Be strategic partner to US leadership and co-create people strategy.
Design and implement locally compliant people practices and policies.
Own US employment compliance and risk, coordinating with Legal and Risk.
Lead org design and workforce planning for US expansion.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to define hiring strategies for the US market.
Drive full talent cycle including performance, compensation, development, engagement.
Handle employee relations end-to-end and investigations.
Lead change and shape culture as Nubank enters the US.
Use data and analytics to inform decisions for leaders.
