Job summary

Nubank in Miami seeks a Senior FP&A Expert to own planning, budgeting and forecasting for Nu US and Nu Global, building P&Ls from first principles and guiding leadership with clear analyses.

You'll model cross-border money movement across credit, banking and payments products, evaluate new markets, and lead a small team of analysts, while collaborating with senior leaders and maintaining rigorous controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Advanced FP&A experience with P&L modeling for financial products.
• Experience launching or scaling new markets or products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Nu US and Nu Global with data integrity.
• Build P&Ls for credit, banking, and payments products from first principles.
• Evaluate new markets and products with unit economics and capital needs.
• Drive AI, analytics, and automation in planning while maintaining human review.
• Coach analysts and set processes for smooth FP&A transitions.
