Nubank in Miami seeks a Senior FP&A Expert to lead planning and analysis for Nu US and Nu Global, shaping business cases from inception through launch. You will own P&L modeling across credit, banking and payments, collaborating with leaders to define strategies and budgets.

Expect a high-autonomy role with exposure to senior leadership, mentoring up to three analysts, and a strong emphasis on AI-driven planning while preserving disciplined judgment. Hybrid work in Miami, US.

• Financial services P&L mastery: build P&L for credit, banking or payments products from a blank page and validate model integrity.
• Money movement and digital asset expertise: cross-border remittance economics, payment networks, stablecoins and crypto knowledge.
• Builder mindset: start from incomplete information, make assumptions explicit, and design planning processes from scratch.
• Executive presence: present with clarity to senior executives and adapt when new information changes the answer.
• Stakeholder management: build trust-based relations with business, legal, risk and regulatory teams to influence decisions.
• Technology and AI fluency: use modern analytics and AI tools while ensuring human review where needed.

• Own the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles for Nu US and Nu Global, ensuring integrity of numbers and leadership stance.
• Build financial services P&Ls from first principles across credit, banking and payments, modeling how product decisions affect unit economics and Nubank’s consolidated P&L.
• Lead financial evaluation of new markets and products: unit economics, capital needs, licensing structures and business cases for leadership.
• Bring deep expertise in cross-border money movement, FX, funds-in/funds-out costs, card network economics, and stablecoin rails.
• Partner with new business leaders to incorporate finance perspectives early in pricing, product and investment decisions.
• Prepare concise executive materials that simplify complex topics under tight timelines.
• Set analytical standards for the team: coach analysts, review work, and establish scalable processes for FP&A transitions.
• Drive AI, analytics and automation in planning and analysis while maintaining essential human judgment.
