Acuity Inc. in Midtown Atlanta is seeking a senior HR leader to drive enterprise-wide HR priorities, aligning HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners and HR Operations to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes and visible performance improvements.

The role reports to the Global Head of HR and leads strategic planning, governance, executive communications, talent reviews, and HR transformation programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Head of HR to plan, prioritize, and execute HR priorities.

Job Summary

This role operates as a key part of the HR Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Global Head of HR, driving enterprise-wide HR priorities, ensuring alignment across HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations, and translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will provide leadership across strategic planning, governance, executive communications, talent reviews, organizational effectiveness initiatives, HR transformation programs, and operational execution. The role serves as the connective tissue across the HR Leadership Team, ensuring priorities are clear, decisions are executed, and outcomes are delivered.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business acumen, executive presence, project leadership skills, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.

This role is expected to work from the Midtown Atlanta office a minimum of three days per week, with additional in-person participation as business needs require.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Partner with the Global Head of HR and HR Leadership Team to support annual planning, goal setting, prioritization, and execution of HR priorities.
• Develop and leverage data-driven insights, metrics, and dashboards to assess organizational trends, monitor progress against HR priorities, and support executive decision-making.
• Translate complex data and organizational information into clear, compelling executive narratives that communicate business impact, strategic priorities, and progress toward key objectives.
• Partner with the Global Head of HR to develop strategic presentations, board-level materials, and executive communications that effectively tell the story behind the data and drive alignment among stakeholders.
• Coordinate the HRLT operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, operating reviews, town halls, and governance forums.
• Facilitate agenda development, meeting preparation, action item management, decision tracking, and follow‑up activities to promote accountability and execution.
• Monitor progress against HRLT commitments, identifying risks, dependencies, and issues requiring leadership attention.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities across HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and corporate functions to support alignment and collaboration.
• Support preparation for enterprise reviews, leadership meetings, and organizational planning activities involving the HR function.
• Coordinate HR communications and messaging to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment across the organization.
• Manage special projects, executive requests, and strategic assignments on behalf of the Global Head of HR.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR governance processes, leadership team effectiveness, communication practices, and operational planning activities.
• Maintain visibility into key HR priorities and commitments, ensuring appropriate follow‑up and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage integration efforts across various HR Centers of Excellence.

Skills And Minimum Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting senior leaders, leadership teams, or corporate functional organizations.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Experience preparing executive presentations, communications, and leadership materials.
• Experience supporting governance processes, operating reviews, planning activities, and leadership team operations.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and coordinate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% based on business and leadership team needs.
