Acuity Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for the Acuity Intelligent Spaces (AIS) business to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and people managers in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

The role emphasizes talent management, compensation, and workforce strategy to inform leadership decisions and organizational design. Based in the Boulder, CO area, this hybrid position requires on-site presence 1–2 days per week and may involve travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree in HR or related field preferred
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/PHR/GPHR)
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, 2–3 years in HRBP/HR manager
• Hybrid work model with 2 onsite days per week in Broomfield, CO
• Ability to travel for business
• Strong coaching, influencing and partnering with managers
• Proficiency in HR data, HRIS and related technologies

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Strategic Advisor to ensure alignment of talent strategies and organizational design initiatives
• Coach leaders across HR programs including performance management, org design, career development
• Support onboarding, employee engagement, and sensitive employee relations
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and programs across functions
• Deliver enterprise HR programs (performance management, compensation cycles, career development, talent reviews)
• Partner on business strategy translation and execution within the function
• Act as connector between managers and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure local relevance
• Provide feedback to HR Centers of Excellence for program improvement
• Maintain accurate HR data and ensure governance of HR processes
• Guide organizational changes, role design, and workforce planning
• Lead strategic talent initiatives in alignment with HR strategy
• Lead reporting cadence and analyze data for trends
• Champion Acuity's culture and values in leadership practices
