Job summary

Yes Energy is seeking a People Business Partner to align business strategy with people programs across the US East Coast and international hubs. You will deliver leadership coaching, manager enablement, and culture-building while supporting global workforce initiatives in a multi-time-zone environment.

The role emphasizes executive advisory, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards, with ~15% travel to HQs in Boulder and other offices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HRBP/People Partner experience supporting fast-paced tech environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic People Partner to designated business leaders, translating roadmaps into scalable workforce and talent development strategies.
• Drive local site culture, engagement events, and community-building initiatives in Richmond, Boston, London, and Bucharest, using feedback metrics to improve retention.
• Advise on European employment practices and local compliance as international footprint grows.
• Coach managers on organizational effectiveness, conflict resolution, team health, and talent development.
• Partner with leaders to drive career paths, performance reviews, promotions, and succession modeling with recruiting managed by Talent Acquisition.
