Job summary

Exyte is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead people management for a defined business unit. You will collaborate with the HR Director and management to design and deliver HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, providing proactive, commercially minded HR guidance and support across all HR functions.

You will drive talent development, employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational change while coaching managers on employee relations and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field required
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• 10+ years of experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organization and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of learning management software
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage people management initiatives for the assigned business unit
• Provide proactive, commercially driven HR support and guidance
• Drive HR initiatives such as talent development and employee engagement
• Coach managers on employee relations and HR issues
• Partner with management to identify opportunities for organizational improvement
• Act as escalation point for employees and managers and participate in leadership meetings
