Based in Virginia Beach, the role is hybrid with one remote day per week, focusing on employee relations, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration across international markets.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Solid HR generalist background.
• Direct HR Business Partner experience.
• Track record of advising senior leadership and earning trust.
• Leadership initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Confident, polished communication at all levels.
• Location already based locally in Virginia Beach area.
