Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ in HR management.
• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience in large, complex, or highly regulated organizations.
• Proven track record leading HR transformation initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into effective people strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, change management, and culture.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational, workforce, and employee matters.
• Translate business strategies into HR initiatives and solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve organizational performance and workforce effectiveness.
• Anticipate workforce trends and develop proactive solutions.
• Lead HR workforce planning activities and establish roles, accountability, and structure.
• Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, productivity and employee experience.
• Support organizational design, restructuring and business transformation initiatives.
• Build high-performing teams and establish clear roles and responsibilities.
• Guide leaders on employee relations, policy interpretation and workplace concerns.
• Ensure fair, consistent and legally compliant employment practices.
