Job summary

Personalization Mall, based in Hebron, OH, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our high-volume Central Ohio operations and corporate functions. You will partner with leaders and employees across brands, handling employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition support, performance management, compliance, and HRIS data integrity.

You will foster an inclusive culture, lead engagement initiatives, guide managers on performance reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field; SPHR/PHR preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in high-volume distribution/manufacturing.
• Strong track record of successful project management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and build partnerships.
• Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations and legal compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
• Ability to comply with Food Safety Regulation when on the operations floor (SQF).

Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster an inclusive, positive workplace environment and lead engagement initiatives.
• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for leaders and employees on HR policies and investigations.
• Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and educate partners on employment laws.
• Performance Management: Support evaluations and provide coaching on goal setting and development.
• Learning & Development: Identify training needs and deliver learning programs for growth.
• Workforce Planning: Forecast hiring needs and manage seasonal recruiting partnerships.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure seamless exit processes and knowledge transfer.
