Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Sr. Manager, HR - Burrows to partner with the Burrows operating unit and Franklin, OH plant.

You will lead HR strategy, manage a team of HR professionals, and collaborate with centers of excellence across talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee experience. You will guide engagement, leadership coaching, and talent management, while ensuring compliance with laws and driving data-driven HR analytics across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years HR business partner experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certifications, or local equivalent, preferred.
• Experience with talent management, recruiting, compensation, and organizational development.
• Experience with HRIS, Payroll, and Applicant Tracking systems.
• Experience driving action plans to deliver outcomes.
• Ability to travel up to 30% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR business partner to Burrows sites, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead a team of HR managers, generalists, and admins across multiple facilities.
• Partner with talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee experience teams.
• Develop and execute dashboards and analytics for People metrics.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws across HR functions.
• Coach leaders and drive organizational development initiatives.
