Job description

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in representing the human resources and people services areas, delivering key initiatives across the organization to help business areas achieve their strategic objectives. You will lead a dynamic team that diagnoses, develops, and implements client-specific solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Business HR.

Position Compensation Range:

$86,000.00 - $142,000.00

Pay Rate Type:

Salary

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities
  1. Collaborate with and leverage centers of practice (CoP) and shared services for business solutions, guiding through the employee lifecycle and service offerings including talent acquisition, inclusion, development, succession planning, and retention.
  2. Identify and implement strategic talent solutions in support of a transforming organization; ensuring the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic talent growth with a focus on talent development, succession planning, and a culture of inclusion.
  3. Provide strategic business partnership to executives and division leaders.
  4. Support client-specific HR Solutions.
  5. Support the deployment of transformation work.
  6. Lead with influence.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
  1. Demonstrated experience with change management and organizational change.
  2. Demonstrated agility in learning and adapting strategies to market realities.
  3. Experience facilitating effective workforce planning to assess organizational capacity and capability.
  4. Experience serving as a collaborative partner with senior leaders and positively influencing them.
  5. Proficiency in using reporting and analytics to generate insights and present findings.
  6. Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
  7. Understanding of agile principles and experience leading or partnering on organizational change efforts.
  8. Experience coaching and guiding leaders.
  9. Strong business acumen and understanding of multiple business operations.
  10. Experience solving complex talent strategy challenges.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience supporting large, complex organizations, preferably within Fortune 500 companies.
  2. Partnership experience with senior IT leadership on HR strategies.
  3. Expertise in HR disciplines and organizational design.
  4. Experience with Workday and data storytelling, including data visualization and PowerPoint presentations.
  5. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  6. Proficiency in HR analytics and people metrics for strategic insights.
Other Details
  • Travel up to 10%.
  • Work involves sitting/standing.
  • Location: Hybrid role, working at least 10 days/month from Boston, MA or Madison, WI.
  • Relocation support may be available.
  • Role not eligible for sponsorship.
