The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Texas Region will partner with regional teams on all HR matters, supporting the ONE MORE culture through local and regional processes. The role involves collaborating with regional leaders on employee relations, HR programs, and providing on-the-ground support. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, innovative problem solver with strong business acumen and knowledge of local HR laws.
This position requires experience in adapting national HR strategies to regional cultures, with a background in compensation, performance management, and employee relations. The role also involves partnering with the HR Delivery Team to facilitate improvements.
This position reports directly to the Vice President of People.
