The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Texas Region will partner with regional teams on all HR matters, supporting the ONE MORE culture through local and regional processes. The role involves collaborating with regional leaders on employee relations, HR programs, and providing on-the-ground support. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, innovative problem solver with strong business acumen and knowledge of local HR laws.

This position requires experience in adapting national HR strategies to regional cultures, with a background in compensation, performance management, and employee relations. The role also involves partnering with the HR Delivery Team to facilitate improvements.

Requirements:
  1. Serve as the primary HR contact for designated regions, providing guidance on employee relations, HR programs, onboarding, development, succession planning, talent selection, and compliance.
  2. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations, fostering a positive work environment.
  3. Implement HR programs at the regional level, aligned with overall HR strategy, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  4. Provide on-the-ground HR support, including site visits and regional meetings, with ability to travel across the US.
  5. Develop strategies to boost employee engagement and satisfaction, including surveys and engagement activities.
  6. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address HR needs.
  7. Identify opportunities for HR process improvements, leveraging technology and data analytics.
  8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and mitigate HR-related risks.
  9. Oversee regional compensation and performance management processes.
  10. Lead communication and review of regional people metrics, developing plans to improve retention and engagement.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior HRBP role.
  3. Experience in employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
  4. Strong understanding of HR law and employee relations practices.
  5. Experience translating national HR strategies into regional cultures.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
  8. Proven program implementation with ROI.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel across the US.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience in the Architecture Engineering industry.
  2. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
  3. Proficiency in HRIS and related software.
