Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support the Acuity Intelligent Spaces (AIS) business.

The role is a strategic advisor to senior leaders, bringing financial acumen and a commercial mindset to HR as a lever for business performance. The position partners with technology and solutions architecture leaders to translate AIS priorities into scalable people strategies, focusing on organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning while driving data-driven HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/PHR/GPHR)
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with 2-3 years in a business partner/HR manager role
• Hybrid work model with 2 onsite days per week in Broomfield, CO; travel for business as needed

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Strategic Advisor to align talent strategies and design initiatives
• Coach leaders on HR programs including performance, org design, and career development
• Support onboarding, engagement, and sensitive employee relations
• Ensure consistent HR policies and processes across functions
• Deliver enterprise HR programs (performance, compensation, career development, talent reviews, learning)
• Provide feedback to Centers of Excellence and drive continuous improvement
