The-Coquille-Indian-Tribe is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and lead HR Generalists across tribal departments. You will manage complex employee relations, guide performance management, and oversee workplace investigations while shaping HR policies and processes.

A strong focus on confidentiality and leadership development is required. You will partner with the Talent Manager, Benefits Administrator, and HR colleagues to support the employee lifecycle,

Qualifications

• The candidate should have extensive experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers on complex workplace matters.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct HR support to departments on employee relations and performance management.
• Lead escalation for complex employee relations matters and support managers.
• Coach leaders on action planning, documentation, and accountability.
• Coordinate investigations with HR leadership and ensure follow-through.
• Oversee HR Generalists and develop staff for consistent services.
• Partner with Talent, Benefits, and Recruiting on workforce needs.
• Lead HR projects, policy development, and process improvements.
• Ensure confidentiality and high ethical standards across HR activities.
