The role requires 8–10 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably PHR/SHRM-CP; you will lead onboarding, staff development, and complex employee relations while partnering with compensation and talent programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
• Strong understanding of advanced HR and OD concepts.
• Experience handling complex remote employee relations issues.
