Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• 7+ years HR-related work experience (4+ years as business partner/generalist preferred).
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Ability to work across global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior HRBPs to understand the broader HR strategy for the CTO organization.
• Define and execute people-related strategies supporting business unit objectives.
• Collaborate with leaders and employees to identify needs and deliver timely solutions.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership and HR issues and develop organizational capability.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to guide focus areas for the org.
• Lead organizational change and develop change management plans.
