Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its corporate functions from the Memphis area. You will blend strategic partnership with hands-on HR operations to drive employee engagement, compliance, and effective people practices.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will handle employee relations, performance management, and workforce analytics while protecting confidentiality and ensuring policy adherence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: professional degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on employee relations, performance management, and core HR functions.
• Operate as a key business partner to employees, managers, directors and senior leaders on workforce analytics and leadership development.
• Collaborate with HR functions to ensure programs are optimized for client groups and to shape Monogram-wide programs.
• Counsel and assist employees and managers according to policies and laws/regulations.
• Facilitate transfers, promotions, exits, and retention analyses to minimize risk and support career development.
• Create, document, and implement HR policies, programs, and processes.
• Uphold confidentiality across all documents and records.
