Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables, lookups, and modeling.
• Strong analytical capability with costing, margins, and performance data.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for clear, concise reports/presentations.
• Experience using CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional presence.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategies for profitable growth across co-manufacturing, food service, private label, and branded portfolios.
• Support sales and business manager through RFP and RFI cycles with cross-functional input.
• Analyze customer profitability and identify growth opportunities; propose actions.
• Manage inbound lead intake and ensure accurate CRM entry and tracking.
• Develop pricing strategies and manage annual price-increase cycles; address inflation changes.
• Analyze customer-level sales, margins, and BOM-related variances; coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Category Insights, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain to manage timelines.
• Prepare commercial reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
