Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to partner with employees and leaders across our corporate organization. The role blends strategic business partnership with hands-on HR operations to drive employee engagement, compliance, and effective people practices at the Memphis Support Center.

The ideal candidate will have a professional degree in HR or related field, 8+ years of experience, and SHRM credentials preferred.
