This role blends strategic business partnership (25%) with hands‑on HR operations (75%), helping to drive employee engagement, compliance, and effective people practices throughout the organization. The role operates with strong judgment, solid HR generalist knowledge, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism, discretion, and care. This position supports the Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Human Resources functions, while also providing general HR support to employees based at the Memphis Support Center.
