Qualifications

• Strong experience in employee relations, investigations, and compliance.

• Proven leadership coaching and organizational effectiveness skills.
• Experience partnering with leaders on workforce planning and talent strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on employment law, policy interpretation, accommodations, corrective actions, investigations, and risk.
• Lead and manage complex workplace investigations with professionalism and discretion.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational change.
