Immunome is seeking a strategic, collaborative HR Business Partner leader to help shape and scale our people strategy as we advance oncology programs. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will partner with senior leaders, drive organizational capability, and build a team of HRBPs as the company grows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience as a strategic HRBP to senior leaders.
• Expertise in org design, workforce planning, talent mgmt, coaching, performance, change.
• Experience coaching/mentoring HR professionals and building a team.
• Biotech or life sciences experience preferred.
• Advanced degree or certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Strategic HRBP to senior leaders across functions; translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Build scalable HRBP practices, tools, and operating rhythms; grow the team.
• Lead org design, leadership alignment, and talent reviews with business leaders and L&D.
• Advise on employee relations and organizational risk with Legal as needed.
