Job summary

Immunome, Inc. in Washington state seeks a strategic HRBP to shape and scale our people strategy as we advance oncology programs. This hands-on leader will partner with senior leaders and build a team of HR Business Partners as the organization grows.

The role balances strategic advisory work with practical execution, focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and leadership coaching to enable business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years HR experience with strategic HRBP to senior leaders in growing org.
• Expertise in org design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership coaching, performance management, and change management.
• Experience coaching or leading HR professionals and building a team.
• Biotech or life sciences experience preferred.
• Advanced degree or relevant certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders across scientific, clinical, technical, and corporate functions.
• Build and scale the HRBP function with scalable practices, tools, and rhythms; hire and develop future HRBPs.
• Lead organizational effectiveness, leadership development, succession planning, and performance calibration.
• Coach leaders on performance, feedback, and building high-performing teams; strengthen manager effectiveness and engagement.
