Overview

Consider joining MX Holdings as a Senior HR Business Partner at our St. Louis, MO location. The Senior HR Business Partner will work to provide a successful and highly engaged workforce that supports the business plan and allows MX Holdings to meet the needs of our customers.

You will build a culture that aligns to our core values of: Safety, Integrity, Caring, and Growth. This is achieved through the development of strong partnerships with business leaders and providing strategic direction on all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management. With your focus on people, you will create open communication between employees and leadership. You will direct the organizational design aspects, leveraging employee strengths and development -growing leaders from within the organization.

To accomplish this, you'll deliver key results as a strategic and trusted business partner in the organization and as an active member in the enterprise HR Working Group, working to actively foster a workplace culture that motivates employees, ensuring they are trained to enjoy success in their role.

This is a Hybrid Role with three days in our St. Louis office and two days remote as business allows.
