Valet Living, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to Operations Directors and field associates nationwide. You will manage performance, policy interpretation, investigations, unemployment administration, leaves, and accommodations across a 40-state workforce.

You will coach leaders, ensure legal compliance, and partner with HR and business leaders on strategic initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years of progressive HR experience across partner/generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law with hands-on FMLA/ADA experience.

Aufgaben

• Own associate relations and case resolution across a 40-state workforce.
• Coach leaders on performance coaching, policy interpretation, and workforce decisions.
• Lead objective investigations with neutral, thorough analysis.
• Maintain discipline documentation and HR records.
• Administer ADA accommodations and FMLA leave routing to Leave Management.
• Apply multi-state employment law to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Manage unemployment and external inquiries through third-party platforms.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation and senior leadership coaching.
• Partner across the business with HR and leaders on initiatives.
• Use data and systems to monitor activity and drive execution (Workday, ALLVoices, ADP, Excel).
• Conduct exit interviews to gather insights on engagement and retention.
